I am using a Desktop Aviator switch panel. I have it working for everything that is a standard FSX command in FSUIPC... landing lights toggle, taxi lights toggle, etc.

 

I have a switch I want to use for toggle Recognition Lights but that isn't an option in FSUIPC.

Look for Strobe Lights in FSUIPC

Yup. Got the strobes working. But the RECOG lights are like landing lights on the wingtips. Can't find a FSUIPC control for those.
