Indiafoxtrotecho f35 native aircraft no auto pilot

Featured Replies

Just wondering if any P3d pilots have had any success with the F35 that comes with P3d? I can not get any of the auto pilot functions to work.

Some may say, why bother with AP that comes with a built in aircraft?

Well, the India foxtrot echo is now available as payware at £20. This version purports to have fully implemented systems. I wonder if the auto pilot works?

Finally, the payware sim needs the Tacpack in order to provide "full functionality". Unfortunately the Tacpack is not supported by P3dv3!

So I am left wondering if the aircraft is worth purchasing? Certainly the terrain radar, HMS and Thermal imaging displays look intriguing, at first sight.

Regards

I haven't flown either the F22 or 35 in a while but I had no issues with the AP on either. It takes a little getting used to because it is NOT intuitive, but they both work fine for me

Thanks.

It's probably due to the very unintuitive cockpit in the F35 that's causing me problems!:-) Perhaps when/if Tacpack is released for P3dv3, I will give the payware F35 a look.

Cheers
