September 16, 201510 yr I left Carenado a support ticket has anyone had this happen to them? My download limit exceeded and I have no downloads. I hope I won't have to re purchase the product again. Thanks. Ciao!

Thanks. I would be looking for an email from Carenado stating they had reset the download counter. I have had this happen before. No problem other than a slight delay to get the new download. September 16, 201510 yr I've never had a problem with Carenado/Alabeo resetting my download count, just thought I'd let you know. Philip Manhart :American Flag: - "Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something." ~ Plato
September 16, 201510 yr I would also recommend investing in a small external hard drive and keeping your downloads there. Always nice for offline installs and a little security. Let me guess.... you want 64bit. Josh Daniels-Johannson

Always nice for offline installs and a little security. The USB keys are cheap enough now to keep every zip file one would download all year long. I bought three 128GB USB v3.o keys as a pack during the Prime Day a few months ago. I can't remember what I paid for 128GB x 3 but it wasn't very much. Heck 32GB keys are less than $10 bucks now.
