April 10, 201511 yr The AS Airbuses are the most frame rate friendly complex aircraft in my experience of using them, with heavy weather, derived from OpusFSX. So I don't think it can be the case that the "Airbus is badly optimized" when the issue seems solely when using ASN (and quite widespread).
April 10, 201511 yr James, This option is still there in ASN for FSX (SP2) (and if I am not wrong this is the MS FSX forum, correct?). Obviously Carsten is using P3D. In ASN for P3D the option is removed as this option is off by default (this "fix" is not needed in P3D). Oh dear, you are right Kostas. Sorry for confusing Carsten Carsten U
April 10, 201511 yr It didn't work out too well for me either. I uninstalled the AXE a few weeks ago. The only way I could really save FPS (even after reading some of their tips) was to turn of the WX radar completely.

April 14, 201511 yr update 1.30 of the Bus seems to be missing RAAS lol........PMDG FTW! It's an installer error.
