March 22, 201511 yr Hello everyone. I plan to build a new gaming pc for P3D, however i am extremely stuck in trying to find the right specs. I do not wish to spend anything over 450 pounds ($673) for my CPU and GPU, yet i am unsure which i should spend more on. I am looking for 30 fps at most airports with addon scenery. Does anybody know which is more important and / or has any specs recommendations? Yours Sincerely, Kamil Nasser
March 22, 201511 yr Moderator The problem is you need a good balance, especially with P3D. If you have a super cpu with a crappy gpu or vice versa, you will not be happy. I'd look for a cpu that will get you 4.5 - 4.8ghz clocked and if that leaves enough for a GTX970 you'd be good to go. I think you can just about do it. I would NOT go above a 970 - the cost is not worth the difference.
