Hi,

 

I'm a virgin to photoscenery; never having been interested due to the lack of autogen / 3D.   However I have just picked up the full set of 3x Horizon VFR Photosceneries v2.0 for the UK, locally from Gumtree for £5 :smile: .... and also picked up Treescapes in the Earth Simulations sale.

 

Can anyone give me any basic advice on any changes to the FSX.CFG (or anything else) that could help display this type of scenery as best as possible?

 

I normally have MAXTEXTURELOAD set to 1024, as I'm not normally bothered about HD;   should that value be increased when using this product?

 

Any other tips?
