I went for Monterrey and Tijuana and I'm not disappointed. Beware of the usual T2G issue with the not aligned ILS, though.

 

You can also check out Isla Mujeres, I bought that one on a former occasion. Regarding the discounted price, it's still value for money for sure.

 

For Puerto Vallarta, I prefer the PacSim version, though.
