February 15, 201412 yr Thanks mate. I downloaded it and if I ever get off my lazy b--t long enough to finish my home cockpit and get FS9 running again, I will look forward to using it... My main interest with AFX is either creating or improving military air fields. There are more excellent payware civil airports than I can visit, though I seem unable to stop buying new ones anyway. Your grass textures will be a big help Ian
February 17, 201412 yr OK there seems to be a bit of interest (150 or so downloads: file is afcad_textures.zip) and I hope the OP question is answered; backup originals in the main texture folder and drop in replacements. More than that, I hope someone can come up with some nicer water textures! It is fun to customise little airports with new textures, I sometimes just doodle and forget... Of course, one should remember that all the AFCAD texture calls are going to use the new textures! So if someone used taxi_planks.bmp, and you have a new texture assigned to it, there may be some unexpected results.
