I love DX10 but i missed the smoothness of free patches. I remembered that i had the same frames as now with the Fixer (25-30fps) but it was smoooooth!!

 

How can i get this performance again? At this moment my DX9 is smoother than DX10.

There shouldn't be any difference. 

 

If  you disable HD shadows and effects, its daytime and not raining then its exactly the same shaders.
