July 1, 201411 yr Commercial Member Try re-installing the product and don't forget to de-activate the product first. This should really generally be your last option after exhausting the rest. I can't tell you how many times I've seen "I've reinstalled, but it didn't fix the problem" here on the forum. It rarely fixes the issue, and can actually cause other issues. Kyle Rodgers

It rarely fixes the issue, and can actually cause other issues.I just had a client ring me and tell me she re-installed Windows on her company laptop (bloody recovery partition) all to fix her email, which was promting for a password due to server issues. So 30 second fix for our tech team becomes a few hours. Great, thanks..... Wes Meyer
July 23, 201411 yr Hi, I fixed it just typing the correct activation code for the 300 that is different than the 200 one, you can find it into the confirmation email from PMDG. I was supposing the code was the same, hope this helps. Maurizio
