I downloaded and installed the PMDG 737 NGX about a month ago, and just installed SP1c, it said it was already installed, but went ahead and did the install. Should I have installed SP 1b first, or does SP1c include any changes made in SP 1b ?

All you need is 1c.

 

If you downloaded the ngx after 4th march it already includes sp1c.
