November 26, 201114 yr and the plane will still respond to autopilot demands! Giving you extra time without having to restart the sim.It gave me a good chance to get some first impressions flying the 747 around.I love the cumulus clouds, but they're very heavy on frame rates.I've not been to Seattle, ever. But the scene taking off from Boeing Field, seeing the motorway viaducts, the railway sidings and how all the roads intersect each other was something I've not seen in a flight sim. It's pretty amazing.Frame rates at the default setting were smooth. But once the roads and building settings were set to "Tons", it was still flyable, but looking around the VC took its toll.High altitude flying at flight level 300, and the visibility limitations become apparent. Despite visibility being set to 100 miles, anything beyond 25 miles is lost in a green "mush" just like X-Plane 9. I was hoping that was going to be improvedStill experimenting.

November 26, 201114 yr Commercial Member So essentially a review is acceptable as long as it's positive.Did you read what he posted? There are just as much negative comments as there are positive.but they were honest and lacked the overly exaggerated words that were posted by a few others.
November 26, 201114 yr Commercial Member Ask him how many hours he flew or what his past experiences as a reviewer are. How come no requests for screen shots from Anthony? He's still experimenting. And he never said it was a "review". And I never said it was a "review". He didn't draw any comparisons to other software.

November 27, 201114 yr You can engage autopilot or tell the AI to fly for you, but I can't figure out how get rid of the big "This is only a demo!" splash screen that pops up at the 10-minute mark.
November 27, 201114 yr I just restart - it saves my settings which is nice so I can just test away.
