July 22, 201114 yr Commercial Member Meant to say - Easy way to activate/deactivate EyefinitryI been fortunate to be able to test Eyefinity for a few days with a couple of 24" displays before I actually get down to make my final purchase for a nice wrap around setup. So I am experiencing Eyefinity really for the very first time. WoW! Takes time to adjust. Plan is to really use this setup for FS9/FSX/MS Flight but also for my work.So let me ask, is there some way to set up the system where one can easily go to/from an "Eyefinity mode" back to a "standard" mode (for lack of a better term), still using 3 displays? Opening windows, websites, emails, etc. are all so stretched and it's a bit cumbersome to have to keep resizing everything. Can one setup a batch file, profiles or something to easily switch back and forth when not gaming?thanks,Clutch Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!) July 22, 201114 yr Dont't use Eyefinity here, but chack you CCC - Catlysy Control Center, as it lests you quickly and easily save and restore all settings, likely even allowing you to mapp saved settings to hotkeys.Cheers,- jahman.
July 25, 201114 yr Clutch,Simply create a profile in your Catalyst Control Center (CCC) for each arrangement you want. Once this is done, you can switch between a normal desktop (3 independant screens) to an eyefinity desktop (3 span screens).Look in the CCC Help to know how to create a group, this will allow you to setup eyefinity to run Flight Sim across your 3 monitors. Save this profile so that you can activate it when needed.I curently have 2 profiles:- 3x1 Normal (I use itfor normal work which maximises the windows on each monitor)- FSX wide (I use it for FSX which maximises the windows across the 3 monitors + full screen across 3 monitors)I can switch between them using the ATI icon located on the task bar (which is faster than opening the complete CCC).Best regards,Normand Normand Intel i7 14700K @ 5.6 GHz / Asus ROG STRIX Z790E Wi-Fi / 64GB DDR5 6400 MHz / MSI RTX 4080 / PSU 1000 Watt / FS2020+FS2024 / Windows 11
