Giving a friend my copy of 737ng

I was wondering if someone could tell if I give my friend my copy of the 737-600-900 if this is allowed. I no longer use it and its just collecting dust on my shelf. He cant run fsx on his rig as its pretty slow and old. He flies fs9 and I was just thinking what a great way to give him a real nice aircraft. Thanks in advanceRobert

Thanks Robert,I havent installed them since i purchased them back in 05 so I wasnt sure which is why i asked. Not to mention I have been flying in fsx for so long and miss my 737's but the new one will be out soon enough.
