Where does one find this mysterious ghost ship? :-zhelp

Just south of the yacht. You need to stay very low to see it. I have to admit I cheated by checking the mission code where it is - too frustrating having to find it by random...Christian

I saw it by accident last night. I'd flown past the yacht, dropping the pod off, and then I guess I was heading south because it showed up right as I got the decision to go to Miami or Bimini. Then I hit the water while gawking at it.I didn't see the other surprise waiting for me in that mission. I assume it happens after you find the yacht, but does it matter if I fly to Miami or Bimini?

BTW, for better or worse they are much easier to see when light bloom is on, and they look much cooler.
