Sam,I would check out http://www.tomshardware.com/releases/98q3/980731/index.htmland see what they have to say. I was not very impressd with the FX5200, specs, and I recall reading a couple posts by people saying that FS2004 performance was not too good with it. I had considered one myself at one time, but I ended up going with a Albatron GeForce Ti4680P Turbo, which I got at Newegg.com. Very happy with it, having upgraded from a Geforce2 Ti.
