Firstly, Happy New Year Everyone! I just installed RAAS, that all went smoothly. I fired up MSFS (Steam) loaded the FBWA32NX at Asobo's' Heathrow EGLL, opened PBE, A32NX then RAAS and was greeted with the message "No airport/runway detected! Probable cause: Encrypted Marketplace airport or no airport in range" I have ticked the "Run as Admin.." option but the usual blue/yellow shield isn't applied to the app's desktop icon suggesting that the option hasn't been applied. Hello folks, Every time I try to download the product manager so that I can download my RAAS purchase for MSFS2020. I get a failed to download - Virus detected. I have tried with chrome 3 times and Microsoft edge twice, with the same warning and failed download.

Hi All, Call me old fashioned, but is there a product manual for this add-on? It's installed, I can bring it up via the toolbar in MSFS, but I'm sitting at a stock airport (KRNO) and it can't find any data? I've got 1.0.8 installed. I'm wondering if I'm missing anything? I am running Navigraph Navdata Center but I thought the Navigraph issues were now resolved? Thanks! Mark

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had recommendations as to which RAAS settings were unrealistic to have enabled for say airline operations(average airline RAAS settings, if you get what I mean) or if I could download profiles for different airplanes that other users have created. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it. So far I'm enjoying the product.

Hey Gang! I have been successful at getting RAAS to recognize most of the airports I fly in and out of (except the premium/encrypted airports and for some reason my home airport KTKI which not sure why it would be encrypted, but seems to be). The issue I am now facing is that RAAS either does not work or shuts itself down. When I launch MSFS, it auto launches the app behind the scenes - that happens consistently. Once I launch a flight, I launch RAAS from the MSFS menu and minimize it (this should be automated with MSFS launch). After that, I usually don't hear from it anymore - it never yells the runway info or anything. I control / enter and realize the app is…

I have the volume up all the way and find that it is hard to hear. Any way of bringing it up a little? No problems with volume on the FBWA320 volume.

I know its an airport thingie 🙂 I have the a320 and pbe and now looking forward for the CRJ one... Is RAAS worth it ? I mean I have navigraph and use vatsim with the fs2crew mods and I use VR

Hello Team! With the latest version 1.0.4 in MSFS, the application shuts itself down almost as fast as you launch it. I thought that RAAS was auto-launched every time you launched MSFS but I am finding that unless I manually start RAAS from the menu app, the app does not auto start (maybe I misunderstood)??? In any case, once I launch it, it loads and it sings the runway and flaps flaps stuff but almost immediately it stops doing its thing and shuts itself down. Any ideas? Hi all I'm having a problem, trying to register RAAS. I have already registered Pushback Express and FBW A32NX, but when I was registering RAAS I entered the user wrong, and after that, every time I try to launch the application I get a error box with something like "character entry string wrong format". Post release RAAS update: Release has gone smooth, but like any V1.0 there's always going to be a few issues. Navigraph issue: We've are talking to Navigraph now. There's an issue with their "Navigraph Data Center" that is affecting RAAS by the way it deals with the Contents.xml file (problem is its updating the time stamp on the Contents XML way too fast). We hope this will be resolved asap. In the meantime, please set your Navigraph Data Center tool to check for updates manually. I was flying from CYUL to CYYZ and RAAS worked on the ground in CYUL but after takeoff it shut itself down. I restarted it from the command center a couple of times but each time it exited again. Arriving at CYYZ I started it up again and it read the database and recognized CYYZ but I didn't get any annunciations on approach or on the ground. And then it exited again when I was on the ground. Am I doing something wrong? John.

I'm having... quite the issue running this. I purchased and installed this morning, and have been fighting with the program ever since. When I start MSFS, it'll open the command center thing in the bottom just fine. When I start a flight, I manually launch it through the 'open application' dialog from the MSFS toolbar. It'll show that the DLL is loaded, it'll show the 'reading runway data' progress bar in its window, after that I can see it doing the 'scanning MSFS's scenery files'. It'll show that once, and after 30 seconds it shows it again. After that, it crashes. I've tried reinstalling it, I've tried running it as administrator, I've even reinstalled…

Hi, today I bought RAAS, installed it. A320 FBW aircraft. The program closes after opening after several seconds. It comes up saying it can't find airport information, probably encrypted data, and shuts down. I can understand that there may not be information during taxi, but for it to turn off at all?
