Megasceneryearth has Memorial Day Weekend sale, which means -50% to all titles. I grabbed immediately New York 001, which eases up frames quite a bit in NY City area when Manhattan X is used along with MyTraffic X (MTX is the resource hog her with three big airports nearby). NY001 looks amazingly good if you are not glying on the treetop level when the missing autogen really jumps up and scenery isn't looking as good as UTX GEX combo. Hi, The Pacific Northwest Megascenery package for FS2004 is on a MASSIVE discount at PC Aviator. It's usually $29.95, and it's at $1.97 (93% off!)

Its on sale for 20 bucks at PC Aviator until Midnight of the 23 of May. I bought it on the Christmas a couple years back, its a fun plane to use and the VC is quite good. Can't speak for the quality of the flight characteristics.

Aerosoft's Catalina is now on sale at PC Aviator just undet $20. http://www.pcaviator.com/store/product.php?productid=18376 I bought this Cat directly from Aerosoft sometimes last summer and I can highly recommend this bird. Terrific plane for low and slow bush-type scenery flying and because of the extremely long range it suits fine for "FSX-tours" and for example long flights between islands in the Pacific. It has also terrific 3D and flying models, cold start options selectable from instrument panel and so on.
