Captains, We built Pilot Assist Pro for Apple mobile devices with real-world flying in mind, but Flight Simmers can also take advantage of Pilot Assist Pro (www.pilotassistpro.com), especially the checklist and weather functionality. His new F-18 checklist is available via the on-line hanger for free in Pilot Assist Pro. Capt J has over 1,500 hours in the Hornet with experience in all models and he has completed two combat cruises. His…

We've been getting some support emails on how to save your Flight Log in Pilot Assist Pro. The solution is simple: Press the green "Cloud" button as shown below. That will save your Log files (which are saved in TXT, CSV and PDF) format to the APPS folder in your Dropbox folder.

  7. A lot of people have been creating their own custom checklists with Pilot Assist Pro, which is great! However, I want to remind everyone that you can create "custom" checklist headers. You don't need to use the stock headers, ie "Before Start". The place where you can enter custom Checklist (or even Briefing) section headers is right down at the very bottom of the Create New Checklist or Briefing section.
