Dear all,I just downloaded the new Fs2crewLite. I own already the PMDG 800 version and liked it a lot. I do not own the Flight1 Cessna, only the default version (yet with optimized flight dynamics by Alexander Metzger and Reality XP avionics). Now to the strange effect: Whenever I run FS2004 upon ending the software I get the crash message and FS2004 wants to "phone home". As this happens also when I use default planes and do not even touch any plane with Fs2crew I was puzzled.I checked wat was installed and found a "new" version of gaugesound.dll from the EasyGauge producers. I replaced the versions in FS2004

    1. I am interested in this addon but I do not fly the 172, would it be okay to use with a Beech A36 for example? Or is it too specific to the 172...2. This is probably annoying but there was a question on this forum about Beechcraft Baron version...is there any new news on this front? or possible other general aviation versions?3. Is there an audio or video demo of the product in action?

I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced the Crash To Desktop qith the Eaglesoft Cirrus and FS2Crew. It had plagued me for a long time and I wasn't sure what was causing and finally pinned it down to some sort of conflict between the two. Maybe they share a common file that don't work well together.Regards,

Is there any chance we could get an FS2Crew lite for the Dreamfleet and default Barons? I Just saw the 172R version is available - I had no idea it was there. I only fly GA aircraft in flightsim but I still do it to a high level of realism, so I'm quite happy to see this available and would love to see future GA specific releases :> - Off to buy the 172R version.

Hi, I just purchased the 172 program and using the Flight 1 aircraft I am trying the tutorial. All installed fine and checklists/briefings working fine but when I started to taxy I noticed the sim is stuttering, every 1 second or so there is a pause, a sort of brief jerk. Stuttering occurs in all views.I switched to another aircraft on the taxy way (Real Air SF260) and the suttering is gone.Any ideas?CheersTim http://members.chello.nl/t.westnutt/realair.gif

Hello allI have a problem changing the frequency for the FBO and Club. I can change it in the Mode Box, some work, some don't. I tried 136.85, changed it in the mode box, set 136.850 on COM2 (Flight1 C172R) and clicked on Diversion. Nothing happened. Elec Power was switched on, of course. When I changed to 136.80 it worked! I tried xxx.85 and xxx.90 until 127.85 and it still didn't work, bit from 126.85 it did. It's strange.Has anyone had similar probs? Please respond.Greetings,Peter Lemmerich

Hello Erfang,What (Checklist) Mode is active when you're trying to run a checklist?Did you hear the pilot sing "Into the Air Junior Birdman" when you activated FS2crew?Last, are you running an English version of FS2004? Please take one more look at how you set up your Main and Secondary Keys. Best regards,Bryan

  16. Hello Captains,I am happy to announce that the Cessna 172 Edition of FS2Crew will be released very soon. This is the 3rd major release in the FS2Crew series, and is meant for simmers who want to add a new level of immersion, realism and fun to their GA flying. The 172 version was custom coded from scratch and everything is Cessna 172 specific and relevant to GA flying. It even features a new interface system that will be used in the upcoming ATR version.Basically what this version does is model the total "Weekend Warrior" experience with you in your rented 172 taking your friends out for a $100 hamburger.Pretty well everything you would do in the real-world of 172 flying i…

  17. Hello all,While the remaining pieces come in for the ATR version, I'm happy to let you know that I've been secretly working on a new FS2Crew product line called "FS2CrewLite".The first release in the Lite series is custom made for Flight1's excellent Cessna 172. This package will also include a version of FS2Crew that works with the Default Cessna. (I suppose I should change the name to FS1Crew )Basically the FS2CrewLite series is meant for GA simmers who want that extra bit of ambiance to make their flights seem more real. The Lite series is also ideal for people who don't want to spend three weeks reading manuals...There is of course significantly more to the FS2Crew …

hi,i am not a real fan of starting from cold and dark cockpit all the time and going through all those checklists, so i am just wondering if you would ever think of releasing a Lite version of your current software for the PMDG.I mean one where the features are where the co-pilot helps with take off and cruse and landing, like gear down etc.
