Today it was yet another Great Day for all Aerowinx users. I started in 1997, with PS1, then in 2014 Hardy Heinlin reeleased the new masteerpiece, PSX, and after 5 years of continuous work and dedication, the NG veresion of the FMC was made available as a licensed option for the PSX user community. This update while bringing the NG FMC to the family of 744s represented in the platformn also added, as a bonus, a new and again, as before, unique feature of weather modelling for PSX - Weather Corridor. You can fibnd more info on the initial release here at the Aerowinx Forum: http://aerowinx.com/board/index.php?topic=5575.0 The Manual for this version ca…

Hello, I'm very impressed so far about FS2020 and just happy to see Microsoft back in the FS game. Getting nostalgic too about the fun CFS series back in 1998 - 2002, anyone else hoping for a revival of these series or is it just me? We need to get some "Bing aerial maps" of the 1940's 🙂! Kind regards, FSimfan

I think it would be nice to have a hollistic physics engine that takes into account space, juste like in kerbal space program. We should be able to orbit the earth, do atmospheric entries etc. it may also give the possibility to the platform one day to add other planets and do space travel

With the 50th Apollo 11 anniversary coming up, this might interest some, Re-Entry Orbital Simulator, it simulates Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo flights, in Early Access now but so you can purchase from Steam or Windows Store, so far looks very nice, most all buttons are functional, and there is an Academy to get you started with each program you choose, it's not complicated as some space sims are, ongoing updates will enable flying the LEM and landing and lifting off from the moon.

Many are the hints at the Condorsoaring Forum site about the imminent release of Condorsoaring v2, or at least a release until the end of 2017, making a 10 yr period between versions, and bringing, for sure, again the most advanced high quality soaring simulator to simmers and rw glider pilots looking for the chance to feel as real as it can get in a personal computer... Meanwhile, thanks to the excellent community around Condor, I've been enjoying my flights in Portugal (scenery Portugal v1.1 available like many many others from condor-club.eu) I leave here a link to a post about a yet a new recently released scenery for the Himalayas: http://forum…

If you're looking for a Professional Training GA Flight simulador, just a thumbs up for the recent release of ELITE XTS of which I am, just like with previous versions, a very satisfied customer 🙂 https://www.flyelite.ch/en/home-version/ Beware that separate purchase of the GTN activation is required to be able to use GTN 650 and 750 devices: https://www.flyelite.ch/en/shop/gtn/ Go Pro… Go ELITE 🙂

I got the GF-Mcp-Pro at the GoFlight booth during the FlightSim conference in Las Vegas. The representative at the both sweared that "it works with Prepar3D V.4 without a glitch" upon return home I installed the software and...to my surprise and disgust it didn't work. Customer support just informed that I NEED TO BUY ANOTHER EXPENSIVE PIECE OF SOFTWARE TO GET IT TO WORK IN PREPAR3D. Totally unethical and misleading sales statement.

Hello, I am using a DOS emulator (DOSbox) to run the old ATP airline flight simulator on this Windows PC. All the functions are working just fine. However, when I try to add the USA East or West scenery, the scenery becomes basically blank, just land and sky showing, no airports or details. I have not been able to figure out where the problem comes from. It seems familiar from many years ago and there was some solution, but I have researched around the internet and not found anything. Is anyone running ATP with the USA scenery packs, and do you know this problem I have? Thanks! Kurt

New stuff is coming for WWIIOL this year. The dev team (The Rats) are expanding their capabilities, learning the ins and outs of the old engine, so they can add and change things. Plus, they're beginning plans for WWIIOL 2.0! BIG things are happening!!!!! http://www.wwiionline.com/roadmap By the way, if you haven't been ingame in a while, come see the new stuff already ingame. The latest additions, SPAA (self-propelled anti-aircraft) units, are ingame and are a BIG hit. The tankbusters (ground support aircraft) are going to be ingame VERY soon! -Irish

Does anyone know if FS Real Cockpit Effect has any issue when it comes to clicking on switches, buttons, and knobs? It seems as FS Real Cockpit effect bounces the view around a little, which makes it seem to me like trying to click on a small switch would be hard because you're moving around. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I thought this might interest those of you that come and take a look in this section of the forum... Ilan Papini, the maker of Hangsim, Virtual Sailor and Vehicle Simulator has now released a themed spinoff, based around water bombers, called 'Fire Flight'. The underlying sim engine has evolved quite a lot apparently which is making it run a lot smoother on today's hardware compared to VSF. Less stutters and loading times... Textures and sound did not evolve so much unfortunately... but the sim still allows for very easy addition of content so maybe some good chaps will be inspired and release some stuff for i…

Anyone using QSimPlanner? I was looking for an alternative to TOPCAT because I fly for United Virtual so there's a lot of 739 operation involved but TOPCAT doesn't support the -900. Also, I'm not sure if I trust TOPCAT's takeoff calculations for the -800, they seem a bit off... I found QSimPlanner and it seems to be a very good tool. I just don't have any idea how to add the navdata folder. It says I can use Navigraph's FMS Data but what folder do I select?
