February 25, 20233 yr Together with the release of WU12, NZA Simulations released their long expected Christchurch Airport(NZCH) and is a spectacular fine modelled addon for the new updated New Zealand area. Hereby a selection, however very difficult to keep the max of 20 shots per posting, showing a general overview out of the 80 shots that I took by exploring this magnificent addon from NZA:

February 25, 20233 yr Awesome tour Johnny! I especially love the hangar with the helicopters in it. But one question. In the first shot, what are those curved while things? Surely not roads or pedestrian walkways? Or is it "modern" art? Jack Sawyer
February 25, 20233 yr Spectacular! So many details. After looking at these I feel like I've just arrived in Christchurch (on vacation) and am so fascinated I may never leave the airport. 🙂

The curved white things over the bridge is a modern art of suspension structure over the bridge. Remember the severe earthquak some decades ago in the city of Christchurch and area, they had to rebuild many buildings, roads and other structures. Maybe must also this bridge been rebuild and is it done in a modern way... Hereby insideview of the Heli-hangar at the RFDS-Area:
