PMDG 737 FMC (MSFS) on iPad with Axis and Ohs

Featured Replies

I downloaded the file

https://axisandohs.weebly.com/uploads/6/0/8/2/60827113/pmdg737fmc.zip

and unzipped it into

Dokumente\LorbyAxisAndOhs Files\WebPages

The readme.txt now says

"Configure the following script as "Aircraft Automated Script": (you only have to do this once)
"PMDG-PMDG_737MSFS_CDU" for the 737 in MSFS"

I am afraid I have no idea what that means. I seachted the PDF manual for 'configure' and did not find anything meaningful.

Is there a step by step tutorial on how to do this ?

thank you. The iPad is rather new.

I found that page, alright.

Do I need to add the script somewhere ? Like I do with button presses and axes ?

I only get as far as the picture on page 54...but I don't know what to do then.

I had used scripts for using the Fenix Autopilot with my keyboard, but it seems to be different here ?

As the title of the windows says, what you are seeing are the automated scripts for this particular aircraft (livery). When you select a script, choose the parameters and then press Add/Update it is assigned to that aircraft. There is nothing more to do here.

And the dialog shows that the script has already been assigned - it shows up in the list on the left. You cannot add it more than once.

This is an automated script that runs on its own. It has nothing to do with any buttons etc.

You use the dialog to assign it to the current aircraft using the "Add/Update" Button. You click on the item in the list on the left to change parameters or to "unassign" it with the "Remove" Button.

I see, then I should be ready to go.

However, if I call up

http://localhost:9080/webapi/pmdg737fmc/index.html

on my PC, it says 'localhost hat die Verbindung verweigert'

and on the iPad with

my IP and the rest of the adress , also it doesn't show up.

I have given free the 9080 port. I have the lorbysi-content-hooks in my community folder.

That is a problem on your PC. Nothing that AAO can really do about it, I'm afraid.

AAO has been started "As Administrator"?

If so, then port 9080 is probably in use by another app and you will have to change it in AAO. Try 6080 instead.

I doubt that. The message is about network security, and that suggests that something on your PC is preventing this connection from happening. Double check your firewall settings. You must create incoming and outgoing rules for TCP Port 9080 (or 6080). It is not enough to allow the AAO application through the firewall, that is not the same thing.
