Is there a difference between Sky Force and Active Sky? Which one is better?

I have used both in the past and they both worked well for me . Here is video that  might be of help :

Yes  active  sky is just a weather  engine   nothing  else  where as  rex sky force  is  a weather  engine  and cloud  and  shy  textures  and  rain  sounds  etc,  active  sky  is  a better  weather  engine   than sf   so  if  you got  both  of  them  you  use  active  sky as  your  weather  engine  and  sf  as  your  cloud  and  sky  textures   and  have  the  weather  engine  turned off  with in  sf  gui  since  you  can have  both weather  engines  running  at the  same  time
