September 9, 20205 yr How do I normally change from FMS Speed (MCP window blank) to MCP Speed during an approach so that I manually can set my approach speed? Last time I was just starting the approach with FMS Speed and somehow the set FMS value was only 114 kts which is very slow..... Can I set that FMS Speed myself or and how do I change into MCP Speed? September 9, 20205 yr There's a SPD INTV button right aboive the LVL CHG button, which stands for speed intervention meaning you can override FMS speed using the MCP input. Not sure if you can do it in the default 737 but definitely Zibo. Zicheng Cai
