July 16, 20205 yr I am currently modeling the entire United States for a freeware 10-meter mesh scenery project (see victoryinstitute.net/wildweasels) and I would like to fix as many of the airport plateaus as possible so users can have the best possible experience. First off, I apologize if this has been answered many times in the forum as I did a search and could not find an answer here or elsewhere. I know how to tell the sim to remove all U.S. airport flattens (or by state), but that trades the plateau issue for the bigger problem of floating runways. I know there is a way to use slope polys, but I don't know how to use them. And when I am dealing with hundreds of thousands of airports, is there a way to improve the issue on a mass scale? The mesh really makes for a great experience that I would like to share with others. I just think the airport issue will probably ruin the experience for a lot of folks. Thanks in advance, Chris

July 16, 20205 yr Author Ted, I actually tried there first. Very helpful bunch over there and often, you are talking with the guys who actually created the scenery design programs. Thanks! Chris
