FSCAI integration with CCP for dogfight scenario

Featured Replies

Hi, I’ve recently learnt of FSCAI and how it can be used alongside CCP to create enemy combatants in FSX. I was struggling to get my head round the concept however and how to actually set up an aircraft which I could intercept and possibly dogfight with.

Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill,

FSCAI currently only provides the capability for ground units to shoot at you or at AI in aircraft.  Thought is being given to the second phase which will give other aircraft the ability to "dogfight" with you in aerial combat.  It's not here yet and it faces significant hurdles - FSX was not designed to allow for the violent manuvering that's characteristic of dogfights.

Good question, but this isn't a P3D forum.

FSCAI works the same in Prepar3D as it does in FSX at the present time.
