I have brought the pmdg 777 based package in July 2016 and now in the end of September 2016 I lunch my fsx:se and select one of the 777LR aircraft and it<s ask me again my key activation word and now I don<t know what to do! I have try to connect into my profile on PMDG to look for the one that I have purchased the aircraft but they say that they was never a account created with that email. NOW I REALLY DON<T KNOW WHAT TO DO AT ALL! So I've created a another account to say this to you and I am really frustrated about this. I have tried with my both email address that I usually brought this with and nothing at all not even a wrong password enter. SO NOW I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP WITH THIS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR ANOTHER PMDG 777LR THAT I ALREADY BROUGHT. And I also updated my pc to windows 10 during that time so maybe this what cased me to enter a reactivation key. BUT I NEED YOUR HELP.
