When I run the installer I receive: Your registry does not show a valid FSX installation location (Windows 8.1 64bit) Am I missing something obvious? January 25, 201511 yr Author Resolved! You must simply run up FSX once first. This action must populate the requisite registry entries. Thanks, Tim signal_runner PPL FSX (SP2), Active Sky Next,REX, Thrustmaster Warthog

February 15, 20179 yr Did you use the Flight1 registry repair tool to make the FSX steam version the primary flight sim? Works for me, thank you. Although make sure you run the tool as admin otherwise it will not work. I spent an hour trying to figue it out too before running as admin and then it worked. Corey Langford
