Horizon vfr photorealistic scenery version 3

Featured Replies

Hi

Am thinking about buying this for the UK. Bit of a novice with add on scenery but will my payware add on airports like Gatwick and Heathrow still work or will the photo scenery just blank them out ?

Thanks

No most airport sceneries should work ok with your photoscenery, I have most of the UK2000 series for example and they are designed to work together. Only minor issues you may ever have are just getting the scenery areas in the right order in FSX but that's no biggie :) Enjoy your photoscenery!

Thanks Kevin. do you install the photoscenery below the add on airports in the scenery library then ?

Most put the airports above the scenery on the list , I have mine below , I have all 3 areas for v3 horizon gen x + all 3 sets of treescapes & vfr airfields , they all display fine , the scenery is of the highest importance to see for me but I didn't notice any difference whether the airfields were above or below the scenery , UK 2000 do demo packs which give you quite a few free airfields if you don't have them yet I would go download em. There free.
