I stored everything when those links were live. At that time their download center BING search engine did not find those links but I used another search engine which was successful.

Yes, that's the one I put in - fs2004_sdk_bglcomp2_setup.exe has it; it installs 'bglcomp.exe' version 0.0.0.4, dated 2004
