FS9 textures load extremely slow, please help.

Has anyone had a problem with the texture load times in FS9??? It seems like this problem is getting worse and worse for me. Every time I switch views it seems FS9 requires more and more time to load the sims textures. If I'm flying with the 2D panel and want to switch to the VC, the sim just hangs for about 5 or 6 seconds in order to load the VC textures, same goes for aircraft around the airports. If I'm at an airport and decide to look around either in the VC or outside the aircraft there's multiple pauses that are anywhere from 2 to 10 seconds long. I could see this at first or when I first view the textures but no more than a minute later when I decide to look in that same direction it seems my system has whipped the textures from memory and there goes the long wait for the sim to catch up to what I want to look at. I have more than enough ram in my system and my video card has 256 megs in it. I can't understand why FS9 can't store textures longer in my computer's cash so the computer doesn't have to pull the info from the hard drive which requires so much work on the system's part. Hi,Its a mystery....I get that now and then with the virtual cockpit, but it usually takes about 2 secs. The only reason my machine was doing this was because i had just started the computer up, or when another program is running e.g. anti-virus.Make sure that now other program is running (no matter what the is RAM). Also(if you dont already) try using fullscreen(Alt+Return). Can you tell me if this has happened just recently, or always?Hope this helps,Jason.I

This has been happening recently (last couple of weeks). I hope Microsft hasen't released another hotfix that bogs down machines (that's a longshot though). I'm going to try and see what hidden services could be running on my machine that could cause this...Thanks...
