April 13, 200422 yr How about new BAE 146 Version 3 from Matthias Lieberecht with John Murchiesons aircraft.Incredible detail, panel, and altogether a wonderful package.Small probs are around, but nothing as far as I can see, that precludes a total experience from Spool up to landing. (assuming I can get the 146 to start its 4 engines, and the correct APU, and the right air con, with the batteries connected properly, with the.......)Yeah, easy learning curve NOT! Sleepless nights await! Do NOT expect to Jump in and Fly!Incidently...its, dare I say it...FREE!Congratulations to them both for keeping the spirit of Fs alive and beautifully functioning!I am in AWE!!Well done.
April 13, 200422 yr yes, this is a really incredible package. Congratulations are indeed in order!billg
April 13, 200422 yr Yep I got it in the air. However, NOT a jump in and fly aircraft! Now to see if I can figure out the a/p.Brilliant stuff. (Not me the panel and aircraft!)

April 13, 200422 yr Barry, it's 146sta.zip in the library. That's the military one, but he also has a cargo pack with UPS and FED EX. I think there's civilian repaints too. You'll need to marry the panel from the newest military one to the rest of them...billg
April 13, 200422 yr An extended search on that file name (146sta.zip) produces no matches in the AVSIM library.I'll never understand the search facility for the library. I'll stand by my statement above, but the file does exist. I found it searching on Matthias Lieberecht as author.--Tom________http://www.reality-xp.com/community/nr/rsc/rxp-higher.jpg------------SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS------------ Dell Pentium 4 at 3.2GHz with 800MHz FSB 1GB Dual Channel DDR SDRAM at 400MHz 128MB DDR ATI RADEON 9800 Pro 21 inch P1130 FD Trinitron CRT Monitor 120GB Ultra ATA/100 Hard Drive Sound Blaster Audigy 2 with DVD Audio WindowsXP Home Edition with Microsoft Plus! April 13, 200422 yr Small problems are I believe to some systems the 'hot' patches on the screen at certain switches are hard to get.So far, I have NOT found this to be the case. The 'problems' I am having are mine, in learning the panel.
April 14, 200422 yr Barry,Matthias has his own website: http://www.baepanelproject.com/ which now has a download link for the new BAe panel.RegardsAdrian
