May 3, 200719 yr Hi Guys Lucky enough to get a new computer this week, unlucky to have the steep learning curve of Vista. One query left, after getting used to "run as administrator" and other compatibilty issues, how do I allow access to save cfg files after adding repaints. When adjusting a cfg file, I am not allowed to save as access is denied. How do I get over this hurdle? Layman's terms please.__________________Stuart Sutton-Young
May 3, 200719 yr Vista uses a "Virtual" path to save data so you don't directly save to the Program Files directory. You need to save it here.It is found in the following location.X:UsersxxxxxxAppDataLocalVirtualStoreYou will see a Program Files directory in there. The structure of this for FS should be the same as the real Program Files Directory. If not you need to create it.RegardsRussell Jourdain (ANZ007/ZK-RHJ)
