I've just ordered and received my download link, but there is no serial key in my account. Does it normally take a while to show up?

For a few weeks, my configuration is not saved. I want to be in "autorespond" mode but I always come back to "button control". I run MSFS and fs2crew in administrator mode. Thanks for the help provided

I observed that the crew announces meals and other after passing FL200 and then announce "prepare for arrival" after descend above FL200.
For many of my flights the cruise altitude is below FL200 (FL180 in general). Is it possible to change FL200 threshold to a lower one e.g. FL180.
Better idea : could it be a new parameter in the settings ?

Before descend and when preparing the aircraft for approach I select the Flaps 3 landing configuration but on fs2crew in button control since there's no approach brief option the system always has the flaps Full command. Am I doing anything wrong? I want to land with flaps 3 configuration.

newbie here.

I got FS2CREW FBWA32nx project and the express pushback. Really loving it, although strugulling still but will get there one day soon.

So is there any plans on bringing the panel to the VR side of MSFS2020 ?  that would be so awesome !

Last week I noticed a problem, using the FS2Crew FBW A32NX project, with regard to the Baggage Services. When running BEFORE START below the line Checklist,  WINDOWS/DOORS CLOSED reported 'are you sure'. Checking the ECAM-Doors page I found that main door was closed, and Stairs removed, but Cargo Door was still open and Baggage Services still running. Tried to stop the services via PBE, but didn't work.

This morning i repeated the whole procedure, with only JETWAY and BAGGAGE CARTS checked in the FBW Config and all PFE GRD Services unchecked in PBE Config. After the FA message asking if they can close, at about 17 sec before end of the PFE, Stairs are moving and Main door closes, but Baggage Services continue to run. Cargo Door is open and Belt is in place and carts are moving in circles, as usual in MSFS.

Is this a recent bug in MSFS or FS2Crew FBW, or FBW A32NX? I am not sure whether I earlier tested the Baggage Carts in the PFE GRD SERVICES and had the same issue. The only way to stop the Baggage services is via MSFS ATC, Ground  Services, Requesting Baggage Services, and when it has started asking for ending the Services. This is nog really an option for me, because if have switched of the MSFS ATC services. Also manual running the Baggage Services via PBE is nog working, the services also do not stop when you click the button.

I am using recent versions of software, Windows 11, MSFS v.1.24.5.0, FBW-A32NX DEV version3528d3e (Apr 8), FS2Crew-FBW v.1.1.34, -PBE v2.2.22, -RAAS v.1.2.9, FSUIPC v.7.3.2.

I checked the forum for other topics, but didn't find anything, so it looks like it is only me.

Any ideas for a solution, if you need more info, please let me know.

I am using your Fs2Crew for the FBW A 320.Till todayI hadn´t any warning message when starting the software. As well since the last SU 9 everything went fine. For the FBW bus there are a lot of updates in a row. Since today I got a warning message from Fs2Crew as follows:

"Unable to read aircraft and simulation data via the FS2Crew  WASM module.

FS2Crew will not function properly.

To help avoid WASM error, only load FS2Crew while in the cockpit.

I can say that I load it while in the cockpit, but the error massage came every time?! What might be theproblem? I didn´t change anything belonging to FSUIPC and WASM and so on ..

Ive gone through the Command Center Troubleshooting

here is how I have things setup

speech properties microsoft speech recogniser 8 for window (englise -uk) and (englise-us)

Advanced use this audio devise microphone (realtek(R)audio)

config the micorphone and it pickig up my voice

run train propfile

go into sounds set recording to microphone

start msfs 2020 as admin launch application bfw a320 i talk into the mike nothing shows

I've done a full unitstall rienstal in case that was the probleml.

i can not get this to work at all it's just been a waste of money for me and don't tell me to use button i bought it for voice.

back FSX I bought the ifly 737 voice

I bought FS2Crew FBW... and it's impossible to get it work with voice control...

"Speech recognition engine status: FAILED

Detected speech recognizer region: Required soeech recognizer language not detected"

I've already read all the instructions, all the language settings stuff, uninstall all audio drivers but nothing works, windows re-install realtek drivers as default...

Any ideas or FS2Crew in voice control mode is not compatible wuth Windows 11?

I searched for the xml.exe and deleted it. uninstalled the whole FS2cew (v1.036), removed the FS2crew files from community folder. and reinstalled the FS2cew from the product manager (v1.07).

But still get the same message. Please help

I could load it when I loaded the FS2crww Command center manually, but not through the MSFS 2020 tool bar.

I was wondering if you could separate and make the cabin announcements optional (such as safety announcement and so on). This in order to be able to use other cabin announcement programms and that FS2Crew does not interfere with them (mainly having 2 audios at the same time). I love FS2Crew but mainly for the cockpit interactions!

I know it's been a long wait, but we had to redesign everything from scratch and start new.

This is our first major FS2Crew airline crew simulation for MSFS, and the first of many more to come.

It's the same concept as the old FS2Crew's, but the style is very different.  

If you're coming from the old FS2Crew's, it'll take you a few flights to get used to the new interface system.

1. You need to use the latest DEVELOPMENT VERSION of the FBW A32NX.  Make sure you have it.

2. There is no traditional PDF manual.  Since 95 percent of all users never read the manual anyway, we decided to try something different.

The ASSIST panels essentially help guide you through the flight.

Moreover, we're making extensive use of Tooltips to describe what the various buttons do.  If you don't know what a button does on the panel, please refer to the Tooltip.

I use voice recognition with various other games and it works very well however, with this product simple commands and replies are not understood most of the time resulting in the thing reverting to it's pre flight phase which in turn then causes issues for the rest of the flight. Even selecting a 'phase' of flight does not work as there is no option to select between 'after take off' and 'decent, 10,000ft'. I have used open mic and push to talk via a button. No change.

Reinstalls, tweaking settings and windows options don't work either. Essentially, it does not function on my machine.

Hope someone can help me with this one:

After starting the cabin-prep, FO start his part of preparation, however, after 1 min or so, he calls ATC ground for pushback without any triggern.... I always have to catch that one and cancel the pushback request manually. FYI: dis-/enabling pushback in fs2crew settings at the beginning has no Influence. Played ~10 times, happens everytime...

had a leg with the latest dev version of FBW A 320 today and got a CTD with an error message afterwards of FS2Crew software ... any ideas what the reason might be?
