I have put off buying this for the Fenix as I use the TCA Thrustmaster Capt Ed and I am not sure if having FS2crew will mean my controls for Flaps etc becomes redundant?

My memory might be slightly incorrect on this one and if so this would be a suggestion rather than a bring back.

Is it possible when using voice control to use the pre-recorded PA announcements? Like I said above I have a memory this was possible on the older releases, FSX for example on PMDG 747 & 777. Might be wrong on that one.

Secondly, when starting the pre-flight procedures, the FO announces twice about the walk around. I believe he say's "back from the walk around" followed by "im out for the walk around". Im going to be doing a small flight tonight and will grab it on record for you.

Am I missing something?

... deciding to streamline all my procedures, I'm putting them into Excel. I've created a 'formula' with =HYPERLINK: -

=HYPERLINK("D:\Users\socen\AppData\Local\vPilot\vPilot.exe","vPilot")

This puts 'vPilot' in the cell, I can click on it then after a warning "Some files can contain viruses" blah blah "Would you like to open this file", clicking 'OK' opens Flight Crew A320 as expected and everything works except there's no sound. If I close it and open it through a menu, audio does work.

Any ideas?

FC A320 is installed in default directory, MSFS is installed in drive d:

I can use FC A320, but at the end the flight cant be saved, cause XML file cant be found.


Who knows a solution?

I'm not sure if any of you are still having issues with FS2Crew Crew A320 Button Control due to the due to the new FS2Crew website change over... DNS propagation can take time when you change web IPs.

But at any rate, I've prepped a new V1.6 beta that uses a different path for the version check that steers you clear of the new Cart.

It works perfectly for me... but if you had the issue, I need you to test since I can't reproduce it.

Please send me a Private Message via Avsim with your name, order # and point of purchase, if you want to test it.

Only request the v1.6 beta if the XML Warning message appeared suddenly out of the blue the day before yesterday.

That's the issue we need to confirm is cleared.

V1.6 is for that one issue alone.

Some weeks ago i started again. Updated MSFS 2020 to the last version (1.17.3.0), and reinstalled FlightCrew A320 version 1.5 and PushBack Express update version 2.1.

However after starting MSFS, with the FBW A32NX (or ASOBO A320) at the gate, I get, when starting FlightCrew A320, or PushBackExpress, the message 'Unable to connect to Flight Simulator! Please load the host aircraft first then try again'

I have reinstalled the FS2Crew addons, about 5 times now, both as administrator or standard. I have tried to start MSFS 2020 and the add-ons as administrator or standard, several times without succes, and am out of options now. I saw in this forum, a similar topic, but that did not solve my problem.

Maybe important to mention, that in the past 2 months, I uninstalled Prepar3D and add-ons and some leftovers from FSX from the PC.

Other add-ons still running well with MSFS 2020 are FBW A32NX,  FSUIPC, LINDA, and Aivlasoft EFB.

I still have 2 Simconnect versions on the computer,

- Microsoft ESP Simconnect Client v 1.0.20.0

- Microsoft Flight Simulator Simconnect Client v 10.0.61242.0. 

I checked for Simconnect.cfg leftovers, but did not find any.

I hope someone is able to guide me in the good direction to get the two FS2Crew add-ons working again.

since this week I have a problem that although I have in the settings "Config 1+F" the Copilot reads the checklist back with Config 2 (but he sets it correctly with Flaps 1)
what can be the problem? (I use A32NX experimental Version)

Does anyone know what the triggers are for each of the automatic cabin PA sounds, please?

For example:
xx_welcome.ogg ... at -10 minutes to departure?
xx_taxi.ogg ... on aircraft pushback/movement?
xx_meals.ogg ... above 10k feet?
xx_arrival.ogg ... ?
xx_taxigate.ogg ... ?

Thanks for this update. I have, though, some remarks.

No longer do I see the "Connect to FS2Crew" screen after FS2Crew has fully launched. The initial screen now is the "Before Start Check List" one, no matter whether if I had my FBW A32NX setup at a gate/parking or at a runway (where the plane is fully configured already for take off). In previous versions this worked as described here. For example, when I started the A320 at, say RWY 14L at EDDK, after hitting the "Connect to FS2Crew" button Fs2Crew would present me with the "Ready" window. In this version, 1.5, The "Before Start Check List" is being displayed. When I would like to startup at gate C5 at EDDK after hitting the "Connect to FS2Crew" button I then would indeed get the correct "Before Start Check List" screen.

This version, 1.5, is not "remembering" the position of previously opened FS2Crew windows. When I open the Setup window and drag it to a new position, in my case on a secondary display, the next time that I open the setup window this window again is being displayed at its apparently default position rather than the position into which I dragged it. This also worked correctly in previous versions of FS2Crew. 

Can you please be so kind as to bring back the above mentioned features, please?

I buyed this application and want to have the freedom to adopt or not your new versions. Moreover, your upgrade process is just a big mess ! You are directed to a page where you have ton's of choices and when you select the link to the product, you come to a page where you just can do nothing. To download the new version, I had to go to my shop transaction history page and link from there, to a download page. Something which is not really intuitive, I must say. Maybe I am stupid, but it took me more than 15 minutes of searches, to finally find the solution. Then after, you have to reconfigure the tool, because you are not even able to keep the user setups and all this for what ? Just 2 or 3 ridiculous minor changes and no correction of the other problems we signaled to you.

In the change log you say that hotkeys are no longer bound to MSFS stock events. Fortunately THIS IS WRONG, because your new binding system is just a bad joke ! It DO NOT ALLOW to choose any of the keyboard keys, just a poor pulldown list, with just the alphabet in capital letter. Apparently, no way to combine keys with shift or control keys, or use like me, some well placed special characters keys.

Not having the possibility to went back on previous version, if I hadn't been able to continue using the keys I'm now very used to, I would have asked for an immediate refund and desinstalled this application forever, because I start to be really fed up with your product and your lack of professionalism.

After I installed the mandatory new update of this app (version 1.5), I get an error message "Exception received 3" after I updated some of the settings. What might have gone wrong and what can I do to get things working again?

I prefer that version as the program does not control the lights. I prefer to do that.

Could a option be added to disable light control?

I'm not so keen on changes done in FS2Crew A320 v 1.4. It controls things I don't want and it doesn't control things that were controlled in previous versions. It newly switches on autobrake before take-off, tampers with landing lights at 10,000 feet and it even switches off fuel pumps during parking checklist. Wouldn't it be possible to let the user choose what the virtual co-pilot controls? And also one useful feature - "taxi lights off" when approaching a ramp is gone. Co-pilot calls it but the switch stays in on position. I'm going back to 1.3 for now.
