Why is it that the De-icing switches are missing from a plane capable of operating at icing altitudes? I see the slots and labels on the panel but no switches themselves. Only pitot heat. I have the Steam DLC version but I've seen screen shots of the Carendo download itself and same thing, no de-icing switches.

I recently upgraded my operating system to Mac OS 10.15.6. I am using XPlane 11.41. I tried loading my Cessna CT210M v1.1 and it immediately crashed XPlane. I checked the log file and it said: --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: SASL3_Tbient/64/mac.xpl}==--

I tried removing the SASL3_TBIENT folder from the aircraft plugins folder and was able to load the aircraft. However the "pilot" figure occupies the cockpit indicating that the product has not been properly activated. There are other visual clues indicating that the aircraft is inoperable. So something within this required folder is causing XPlane to crash within .5 seconds of hitting the start button. I have been happily flying the C210 since 12/2018 when I purchased it from the XPlane Store. Under OS 10.15.6 Catalina I am no longer able to use the product. I posted notes on this issue on the Carenado site (Zendesk) but have received no reply in 2 days. If anyone can assist me with this I would be most grateful. —Steve Haines

Note: I see no way to post my log file here so I will add the last section of it pertaining to the XP crash if that will assist...

	Hi Guys,

Getting back into simming and bought the 210.

Is there an update for it?

The hotspots to tune the ADF are tiny and the spot to tune the middle digit is nowhere(found it once in the same spot as the first digit which at that point, I couldn't tune the first digit!)to be found.

The tuning is on the active instead of the standby channel which is weird.....

If anyone knows of a better way to locate those tiny hotspots, I'd appreciate it!

It would be nice if the GS430 was zoomable like the 530.

Enjoying it other than those minor gripes.

	Thanks, Gary

	Hi all,

after watching the world tour with "funforluis" at youtube last weekend I got interested in this nice plane. It flies just fine but to slow.

	Example Specs:

3800 pounds at pressure alt of 8000 with 20° ISA, 2400 rpm, 26MP and 81 fuel flow it should speed up to 161kts.

	Example Flight:

About 2800 pounds at the given specs from above I only get around 140kts IAS runing 50 LOP. But even on peak EGT its not going any faster.
Gear and flaps were up, cowl flaps closed (but made no difference). This behaviour is reproducable for any of the given specs/speeds. Getting worse on the higher end and coming closer to the specs at the lower end. But even stays 10-15kts behind at the lower settings.

What am I missing/not setting correctly?

	Have a good flight,

	Hello, friends of the 210.

I bought the Carenado 210 in 2013 and have recently been seeing references to a v4 for it. Looking at Carenado's site, they show something about a v2, v3, and v4 in the blurb about features. Looking at their update section however, comes up blank.

	1. Can someone confirm the aircraft has in fact, been updated to v4?

	2. Is v4 for FSX or, only another platform?

	3. What does the update consist of comparing to an early release?

	Thank you, kindly.

	Tom

I notice a few other posts about cockpit lighting issues but not mine in particular it seems: I usually fly in full screen mode and in the VC, never the 2D.

At night, the instrument light switch works but the needles are not easy to see, especially altimeter. That is not my problem though. The problem is that I cannot get the flood light to work at all. The switch turns but nothing happens. Others talk about the flood lighting being too bright, so apparently it does work......? This somewhat spoils an otherwise great aircraft in FSX for me, making it "not certified for night operations".
