The FS2Crew windows are black. I opened panel.cfg and noticed that entries are there (Window09 and 10) but actual Windows sections contain only gauge data. There is no general Window data like pos, size, etc.

How can i fix it?

I recently purchased the Fs2crew for my maddog MD82 and installed it as instructed. But the main panel refused to open when i clicked the MFD. I have checked the panel to see if the gauges were installed and yes they are there. I have ran the registry repair tool and have re-installed but still no show. I have also checked the registry test in the fs2crew manager and yes it has shown the link. So why doesn't it appear when I click in both the 2D and  the VC panel.

every time I go to the manager and set up facility in maddog it wipes Fs2Crew from my panel .cfg, has anyone else had this problem? if so what's the fix?

 

At the moment I have a backup .cfg on my desktop which switch with the now denuded .cfg in program-fs9-etc. well you get the idea! but it is a little tedious, I also have mouse for yoke which also disappears.

I registered on the Maddog forums three days ago, but still do not have permission to post there. The whole forum seems to be dead anyway. I can get to the VC after starting FSX by pressing F9, but then none of the switches are clickable. I have searched everywhere for a solution but can't find one. I did see on the forums there that there was once a "Quick 'n' Dirty" guide for the Maddog, but the link for it no longer exists. If anyone could give me some assistance on this it would be much appreciated. I realize this is the forum for the FS2 Crew edition of the Maddog, but right now I don't know where else to turn. I've even tried re-downloading the file, uninstalling and reinstalling, running the .exe file as administrator in Windows 7. Just to clarify, I have selected to start FSX with the VC in the Maddog setup utility

last week I did a flight with my friend in shared cockpit. Everything worked great and it was just awesome. Today we wanted to do some flights again, but shared cockpit is not working anymore. We were both in Oslo at the same gate in singleplayer. He was the Pilot Flying and I was the PNF. We selected "start multicrew session as PNF/PF" at the same time. Thereafter my simulator loaded for a long time and we were not able to connect to each other. I have absolutely no clue what is different to last time and I hope you can help me.

I use FS2crew on my PMDG, Majestic, etc aircrafts and I puchased today the MADDOG version.

 

A few concerns here:

 

1: The FO do not power the Aircraft and makes all his tests blind in the dark (at night) if I do not power the MD.

 

2: Fs2crew gauge is only available on 2 panels (mainly the 2 analogs panels version) and not on all other versions: how to fix this ?

If the format for Maddog does not appear in the menu choose the format for the PMDG.
After installation start the Manager & Setup, the application will recognize that new
AIRAC have been installed, will automatically move all the files to the folder
<fsroot>\MADDOG2008\SIDSTARS and run the MD_Cleanup in background.

 

I subscribe to the Navigraph FMS data, and I currently have 3 separate items that use the data: the PMDG 737NGX, the FS1 MD-80 Super Pro, and FS Commander (for planning). I am current on cycle 1306. Now it says to choose the format for the PMDG (there is no "Maddog" choice in Navigraph). I have that saved. However, I have no idea of how to install it for the Maddog. When the install is run, it populates the data in the PMDG 737 folder, and nowhere else. I cannot tell it to install elsewhere. SO: how do I install the nav data from Navigraph into the Maddog folders?

]]>411318Mon, 17 Jun 2013 03:56:21 +0000Entries not being put in ARGH!https://dev.avsim.com/forums/topic/403163-entries-not-being-put-in-argh/   Aloha.  I've reinstalled my MD after purchasing another terabit drive and moving all my FS stuff to a dedicated drive.  I've reinstalled FS2C but it's not entering the entries into the panel.cfg file.  Here's the steps I take:

 

1.  Install FS2C

2.  Load MD config manager and uncheck FO calls and choose wide 2D panel

3.  Choose C&D after clicking ok.

 

  I can see that FS2C has renamed the files to "backup" but looking in the cfg file I see no entries in there for FS2C.  I tried using the SP3 for FS2C as well and cycling the panel via the FS2C MD control panel and no go.  Any clues?

I have FS2Crew 2010 for MAddog for fs9 with SP3 installed and when I load the aircraft at any airport I have an average of 20 FPS in external view and 8 FPS in 2D cockpit view. Before installation I used to have an average of 80/ 30 FPS with MAddog and no FS2Crew.

 

Is there any solution?
