Hello

I just got the Airbus X Extended and i am using a keyboard and mouse for controls. But during the after engine start checklist it would ask to check left and right rudders. When i press "0" or "Enter" on the number pad to move the rudders they would move but slightly but it will force the rudders back to normal position. then i tried moving the throttle with "F1 F2 F3 F4" keys on my keyboard but i could only move them to idle and in to reverse thrust. I do not know if i should buy a joystick and rudders or if i can fix the problem with the rudder and throttle. with out buying anything. So if anyone can help me Fix my problem i would very much appreciate it.

                 Happy Flying!

Hi. The plane keeps pitching up after takeoff when using Fs2crew.

I tried it without Fs2crew and she holds pitch normally.

	Any ideas?

I purchased Aerorsoft's A320/A321 which contains FS2Crew's "Pilot Flying" and "Pilot Non-Flying" wave files, although I am unable to locate these files in the program itself. I am a retired A320 Captain and have no problem regarding female First Officers and Second Officers in the cockpit of an A320, but I would like to fly my original route KLAX to KSFO with a male Second Officer.

I requested information from Moderator Hagan at Aerosoft regarding the Configurator's added selection opportunity of "user" wave file additions, to permit me to self-created a male wave file, using the command listings posted in the manual. His terse reply was that only one wave file for Second Officer was female, the rest male. He is mistaken in his assumption and did not provide the information that I requested of him. I replied to him that his reply contained incorrect information and from the inclusion of the "user" selection in the configurator, the programmer(s) apparently intended to provide for a "user" wave file.

Please advise the location of these wave files in the program, as I have been unable to locate them, and the permissible size of the wave file to permit me to add such a file.

As a side note, From the tone of the German voiced Second Officer in the program, I certainly would not care to have her in the cockpit with me for fear that she would bite my head off, or take command herself. <smile> John Parkinson

Hey,

I got the throttle to work using the keyboard, but now I want to control the sidestick via the keyboard too. But noting is moving when using the keys I assigned. I there a way to control the sidestick using the keyboard like I am controlling the throttle?

Hi

When do we know that we have received a SELCAL? There is a small "bip" but does the SELCAL button turns white? When we press the SELCAL button , does it turn Green (which will mean that SELCAL is on!) ? Do we have to reset SELCAL ,when we receive a "bip" if it turns white so that it comes back to green?

Hi guys,

I absolutely love my PMDG boeing series but I am thinking about trying my hands on Airbus. Can you tell me which one will be the best to invest in, and which one will come close to PMDG experience: Aerosoft Airbus X Extended or Wilco Airbus Evolution Series?

I have read some comments about both of them but there don't seem to be a very good comparison.

Wilco offers some really good features like: Weather Radar, Pushback Steering, Difficult Level Selection etc.

Whereas, Aerosoft offers: RAAS features, 16 Checklists, Flight data recorder control etc.

Which one's really on the top of it's game?

N.B. I am crying out for a weather radar. Is there anyway I can use CS weather radar for PMDG and Aerosoft?

Thanks in advance!

I purchased Aerosoft Airbus Extended X with RAAS FS2 Crew software included. When I load FSX I continue to get the message from RAAS Professional....."YOUR PRODUCT IS OUT OF DATE. DO YOU WANT TO UPDATE.?"

I do not wish to update. How can I eliminate this message from appearing every time I load up FSX?

Is the only way to do this is to delete the RAAS FS2 Crew software from my computer?

Hello, I noticed that the LM of my A330 Wilco, there's a function (?) Should calculate, takeoff trim value. I just can not understand how it works. The manual does not even mention it gets. As you can see from the screen there is a written "TRIM" but nothing more. The field value is that the fuel of the second tank .

And then the trim?

Moreover, the situation provides a ZFW of 242,353 pounds, it seems appropriate then to set the trim off.

You, how to calculate it?

Thanks

Hey Bryan. Recently did a complete reinstall of FSX and all 3rd party apps. Placed everything in its own folder, not program files, and this seems to have solved all my issues. Did this to resolve problems I was having with the NGX, 747, etc. However, reloaded my Airbus evolution vol. 2 along with FS2 button and now when I try to click on either the standby altimeter or RMI, depending on which aircraft, I get the 'blue circle of death' and a CTD. It was working before at one point but I uninstalled due to apparent conflict with the NGX. Any thoughts on why I'm getting this crash? Installed all updates including start center, run everything as admin, run Wilco configurator before loading, etc. Thanks.

Update: Seems I always figure out the issue faster than help can arrive. :Nerd: For some reason, on the ATR and the Airbus, both of which are buttons versions, I have to start FS2 in 2D mode. Otherwise I get a CTD. Not sure why this is. Perhaps an issue with EZdok and the fact that I'm in full screen VC mode? Anyway, its a simple keyboard button push and then back to VC and I'm up and running. Cool with me. Thanks for some great products Bryan. Peace. :Peace:
